Your First Visit
When you first step through our doors, one of our Patient Coordinators will greet you and offer water or coffee. You and your little one will be taken on a fast tour of our modern dental office and then escorted to the treatment area, where one of our team members will take photographs and X-rays of your child’s mouth. Then, you’ll get to know the dentist, who will examine your child’s mouth and go over the images. Together, you’ll go over their findings, talk about potential treatments in the future, and ask any questions you may have.
New Patient Forms
Our reception area is full of fun games and movies to entertain your son or daughter. That said, we understand that you’ll want to begin the appointment in a timely manner. You can save time by downloading and completing patient forms before the appointment. Just click the link below and fill them out. When it’s time for your little one’s visit, just bring the forms with you and we’ll get the information in our system right away. If you have trouble accessing the forms, please let us know!

Dental Insurance Welcome
At our dental office, we accept most dental insurance. We can also explain your benefits to you in easy-to-understand language, helping you fully understand what is and isn’t covered. From there, we’ll handle the claims process on your behalf as a way of fully maximizing your benefits. We couldn’t be happier to help you save on your child’s dental care. Medicaid Accepted
If you have Medicaid, then it can definitely be used to cover all or part of your child’s dental care with us, but we know that using these benefits can be quite a complicated process! Thankfully, our team knows all the ins-and-outs of state sponsored plans like New Hampshire Healthy Kids, Well Sense & MassHealth, and we’ll walk you through the entire process of filing your claim so you’re able to save on your child’s care without any stress or delay.

How to Handle an Orthodontic Emergency
As you can probably guess, time is of the essence in any emergency, which is why we’ll do everything we can to set up an appointment as soon as possible, ideally on the same day. In the meantime, though, you need to be able to contain the situation and improve your discomfort on your own, and luckily there are plenty of ways you can do that.
